A pairing inspired by a small village in the Jura region of France.
Our dear friend & chef, Sebastien Chevrolet-Cachard, will be in house serving his traditional Boudin Blanc & Fennel sausages along with a new treat - Morteau sausages. These smoked pork delights originated in a small commune just on France’s Swiss border, which also happens to be the birthplace of the Trousseau Noir grape variety. We will be pouring magnums of our 2018 Trousseau Noir from Bearg Ranch to pair for a complete sensory journey to the Jura!
