Inspired by a favorite harvest-time ritual - join us for a guided Gamay tasting and grilled cheese luncheon, celebrating the bottling of the new 2025 Gamay Noir, Alpine Peaks!

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of three Pax Wines Gamay Noirs served side by side with three selections, curated by Pax Mahle, from Beaujoulais France. Following the tasting, wines will be enjoyed alongside a lunch of grilled cheese sandwiches. All guests are invited to bring along a bottle of Gamay to share with the table!
