What to expect

  • Get festive in our cozy modern-industrial tasting room, with reclaimed wood walls, leather couches, and both high and low top tables.

    There is plenty of parking on-site and the tasting room is walking distance from a variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, and more.

    All guests who are enjoying wine must be able to provide identification that they are 21 years or older upon request. We are family & dog friendly.

  • When you reserve your wine social today a PAX team member will reach out to confirm your details and provide a list of wines available to pour at the event.

    Up to 4 wines may be selected to be offered in 2oz tastes or 6oz glasses at the guest or host’s discretion. Flat rate pricing is inclusive of all wine & small bites served at the event as well as one to two bar attendants.

  • In addition to wine, PAX Wines will provide a selection of assorted charcuterie for guests. Expect approximately 4 small bites per guest.

    Full dinner service is not available at this time, however the tasting room is within walking distance of many great restaurants in downtown Sebastopol.

    Please relay any dietary requirements in advance. Outside food is not permitted.

  • Your wine social will be hosted after-hours, meaning your group will enjoy all the privacy and space of a full tasting room buy-out at a fraction of the price.

    When guests arrive at 6pm they will visit the bar to select a 2oz taste or 6oz glass from up to 4 wines pre-selected for the event. A large charcuterie board will be staged for grazing and bites.

    Guests are invited to enjoy our comfortable lounge area, tables and bar seating. An attendant will be on hand to pour wine for guests until 7:30pm.

    All guests will be extended a 20% discount on bottle purchases to-go for the night of the event.

  • Flat rate wine social bookings are only available December 1st - 23rd 2026, on Mon-Thurs from 6 to 7:30pm.

  • Enter your preferred date, time & guest count in the form on this page and click “Check Availability.” Follow the prompts to book your wine social. You may also contact us at wine@paxwines.com. Payment is collected at the time of booking.

    Once your event is reserved, a member of our team will reach out to help you select a wine menu for your event and gather any other pertinent details.

  • Once you have booked your wine social a PAX team member will reach out with a list of currently available wines. You may pick up to 4 selections from this list for your wine menu.

    A sample wine menu may look like the following:

    2025 Sauvignon Blanc, Springline
    2023 Chardonnay, Terraces
    2025 Gamay Noir, Alpine Peaks
    2023 Syrah, North Coast

    The flat rate fee for up to 12 guests is $400. This includes all wine and bites. Guests may choose between 2oz tastes or a 6oz glass and are welcome to enjoy any or all of the wines in your selected menu.
